The merchandise will range from T shirts, skullies, caps, track suits, key rings, mouse pads, mugs, etc.
The merchandise will be sold at give-away prizes to help support and extend the broadcasting services we are providing to all Zimbabweans in the Diaspora. The idea is to raise enough money to engage our DJ brothers and sisters back home who would like to be part of this big project, but can’t afford studio time or internet connectivity, and thereby enrich the experience of all our listeners.
We will also be able to provide a range of services (broadcasting services) that we are currently not able to because the project had not been conceived as a profitable venture.
We hope you will continue to support the TZ Radio project as you have in the past. We now urge all our listeners to help develop it onto the next level by supporting the business side so that we can all continue to enjoy the music and maintain the “Home Away From Home” community that we have all become members of.
Later this year, the station will, in conjunction with a UK and Zimbabwean recording company, be releasing a compilation CD (of ol skool and nu skool tracks) which will be cross-marketed in Africa, Europe and the USA.
We shall be running a poll soon of songs that our listeners would like to make it to the compilation CD.
